Fitness Kickboxing is a short course of intense cardio and plyometric exercises to get you in great shape and fine tune techniques. Much like the famous "Cardio Kickboxing" routine, MMAI's Fitness Kickboxing uses stations in which you run rounds and each station -- those stations could be pad work, bag work, jump rope, burpees, and medicine ball training. This circuit training is guaranteed to make you sweat and get a complete body workout.
