Question: "Will my class be in a group or 1-on-1?"
Most likely you'll be in a group class. However we gladly offer private classes for those that are interested. Feel free to ask any of our instructors for more info on private classes!
Question: “How many people will be in my class?”
You can probably expect about 5-20 people in your class. It's a really great group full of positive people excited about losing weight. You'll fit right in.
Question: “Will there be other beginners in my class?”
Yep! Our members come in all experience levels, shapes, ages & sizes. If you're a beginner, you'll fit right in.
Question: “Will you help me with my nutritional habits?”
Absolutely. Nutrition is KEY to weight loss, and we'll pass along the powerful knowledge we've put together over the years. (By the way, our nutrition program is all about naturally improving your diet - NOT forcing foods on you that you don't like or starving yourself).
Question: “Is your class a ‘cardio kickboxing' class?”
No! These classes are very, very different from cardio kickboxing. It's hard to describe how much different they are, but once you come in you'll see for yourself ;-)

Question: "Should I get in shape before signing up?"
Any shape! Our classes help people who aren't in shape, get in shape. And they help people who are in shape get in even greater shape, fast.
Question: "Will my past injury/medical condition interfere with classes?"
Contact your doctor, and see what he/she says. If your doctor has any questions for us, let us know and we'll gladly answer them!
Question: "Muay Thai and BJJ seem intense. Do people get injured a lot?"
Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiujitsu ARE intense. That's what's so awesome about them ;-). However, people do NOT get injured a lot. We've created a supportive, safe environment here.
Question: "What experience levels are necessary for classes? Beginners? Advanced? Etc.?"
All of the above. Our classes are designed for people of all Muay Thai experience levels to get an awesome experience. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned vet - you'll get what you're looking for.
Question: "Are these classes for competitive fighters only?"
Our classes are for BOTH competitive fighters, as well as people just looking to get an awesome work out, and learn a powerful martial art. If you're a competitive fighter, you'll get the attention you need to become quicker, stronger, more agile, and full of impeccable technique. If you're not, you'll get a kick ass workout that'll get you lean & toned in no time.
Question: "I'm a competing fighter. Will these classes help in my matches?"
Definitely. We'll help you tone & perfect your technique to give you an edge over your opponents. In addition our training will improve your physique, increase your endurance and stamina, and boost your strength.
