Ed Stahl

Head Instructor/Co-Owner

Sifu Ed Stahl is the Head Instructor of Metrolina Martial Arts teaching the Jeet Kune Do, Kali, and Muay Thai Classes. He is certified under 3 different people in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do -- including Sifu Ron Balicki, son-in-law of the Legend Guro Dan Inosanto. He has 10 years of training experience from all around the world -- having spent a year in Japan -- and trained with some of the best.


Bill Graff

Muay Thai Instructor/Co-Owner

Kru Bill Graff is a Second Degree AKC Black belt with over 30 years of training in the striking arts. He has competed at several levels in several different fields -- from IKF, AKC, TuffMan, and Muay Thai.
Bill trains with the moniker "All the instructors I have had live on through me" and continues to uphold his teacher's lessons.


Tim Haun

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Instructor/Muay Thai Kru

Coach Tim is our Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Instructor. He's apart of Erik Paulson's BJJ program, Combat Submission Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. He also teaches the Morning and Weekend Muay Thai Kickboxing and Grappling classes. He has many years of experience and has competed on several different stages in several different fields. 


Michael Gainey
Children's Martial Arts Instructor

Coach Michael is our instructor for our Children Program. He's been training at Metrolina Martial arts for over a year and is a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

Mike Gainey
Assistant Instructor

Coach Mike is an Assistant Instructor at Metrolina Martial Arts in Muay Thai. Mike has been a student at Metrolina for over a year.

Dennis Linzalone
Assistant Kali Instructor

Dennis has been training with Sifu Ed for over 3 years -- he loves Kali and will offer a unique perspective to this deadly art.
